Admiral Nurses are specialist dementia nurses that provide one to one support, expert guidance and practical solutions to support families and people with dementia through the most complex of situations. Together we will devise strategies to help you cope with your unique situation. This could be from giving advice on improving family communication and relationships, managing symptoms such as sleep disturbance or improving your knowledge and skills around continence or mobility.

I am based at the Honiton community Hospital and work Mondays to Thursdays. I work for the Royal Devon and Exeter Trust but am professionally supported by the charity Dementia UK. Referrals to the service are via your Honiton Surgery General Practitioner or another Health and Social Care professional with the Honiton area. I am also available to talk to at the Honiton memory café and carer support groups where I attend monthly
